Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Hairstable is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s operations.
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local delivery office before contacting us.
Hairstable is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
