Hairstable Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Hairstable wig. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to review return or exchange requests under the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Window

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

Returns based on personal preference, including concerns regarding density, style, length, color, fit, or change of mind, are not eligible for a monetary refund. We may accept exchanges/store credit if the product meets our return conditions. 

Due to hygiene standards for hair products, wigs must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Wig must be unworn

  • Lace must not be cut

  • Wig must not be altered or customized

  • Wig must be in original condition with tag unremoved.

  • Wig must include original packaging

Any wig that has been worn, altered, or had the lace cut cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds are reserved for approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items supplied by Hairstable.

Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, customers must first email our team for approval.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the wig showing the lace and cap condition

  • Reason for the return or exchange

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Hairstable is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the same fulfillment location from which the order was shipped.

The correct return address will be provided after approval.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you need a different style or size, we are happy to process an exchange request provided the wig meets the eligibility conditions listed above.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Wigs with cut lace

  • Wigs that have been worn

  • Wigs that have been altered or customized

  • Items returned without prior approval
